The Steakhouse has also added Felipe Gonzalez as Executive Chef for The Steakhouse at The San Luis Hotel, Spa & Conference Center. Most recently, Chef Gonzalez took on the role of Chef at La Griglia in Houston, a Landry’s Signature Restaurant.

Chef Gonzalez continues to innovate the menu with signature items and Gulf Coast specials. These dishes are sure to please any palate including the lobster and lump crab risotto, sauteed Gulf Snapper with premium lump crab and of course perfectly cooked steaks topped with our Signature Oscar steak topping; especially the Texas Bone-in Ribeye.
