Dickie Brennan’s Bourbon House is all about fresh, local seafood. If it’s not in season, you won’t find it on their menu. The overall ambience is indicative of New Orleans’ European heritage, with handcrafted wrought iron and custom millwork.
Dickie Brennan and Executive Chef Darin Nesbit have created an incredible menu of classic New Orleans dishes complemented by new favorites. Louisiana oysters on the half shell are served both straight up, or topped with caviar. The Plateaux de Fruits de Mer is a great way to start a meal, featuring an impressive selection of shucked oysters, Gulf shrimp, assorted seasonal seafood salads, and marinated crab fingers. Signature favorites include Redfish on the Half Shell (grilled skin on) and New Orleans style Bourbon barbecue Shrimp.
Fitting with its namesake, Bourbon House boasts an impressive selection of small batch and single barrel bourbons, as well as a delicious Frozen Bourbon Milk Punch.
